Compatibility & Selection
Q1: Are these genuine OTC / Daihen OEM welding torch parts?
A: No. Hotar supplies aftermarket compatible replacement components. All model numbers and part references are for cross‑reference identification only, not original OEM products. Our parts are engineered for proper fit and performance for OTC‑Daihen robotic welding torches.
Q2: How can I confirm which consumables fit my robot torch, and what info do I need for inquiry?
A: Please provide your torch full model, wire diameter & material, cooling type (air‑cooled / water‑cooled), and part dimensions. Photos or drawings of existing worn parts are highly recommended. Our engineering team will complete compatibility verification before sending you a quotation.
Q3: Should I choose E‑Cu red copper or CuCrZr for contact tips?
A: E‑Cu (red copper) delivers good conductivity at lower cost, suitable for intermittent and light‑duty welding. CuCrZr copper‑chromium‑zirconium has superior hardness and high‑temperature resistance, strongly recommended for continuous, high‑current robotic welding production.
Q4: Do you offer special consumables for aluminum welding? What liner fits different welding wires?
A: Yes, we supply dedicated aluminum‑welding contact tips, diffusers, insulators and Teflon liners. For aluminum and stainless‑steel wire, use low‑friction Teflon or graphite liners; steel spiral liners are ideal for carbon / low‑alloy steel. For aluminium welding, match the Teflon liner with a brass front guide to reduce wire‑shaving and feeding failures.

Q5: What types of consumable kits do you provide, and can I customize kit contents?
A: We have Quick‑Change kits, Annual‑Supply kits, Torch‑Head Rebuild kits, aluminum‑welding kits and trial sample kits. Kit components, bore sizes and quantities can be fully adjusted according to your torch model and production requirements.
Q6: Do you only sell spare consumable parts, or complete robot welding torches as well?
A: Both options are available. We sell separate spare parts including contact tips, nozzles, diffusers and liners. We also supply complete air‑cooled and water‑cooled robot torch assemblies compatible with OTC systems; collision‑sensor is optional for RT3500 series torches.
Sample & Order
Q7: Can I get samples for testing before bulk order? What is your MOQ?
A: Samples and trial kits are available for quality evaluation; customers cover sample cost and freight. We do not enforce high minimum‑order quantity for distributors and maintenance buyers. Better pricing applies for large‑volume or annual‑contract orders.
Q8: Do you support private‑label / OEM branding service?
A: Yes, private‑label and OEM services are available once reaching the required order volume. Please discuss your packaging and branding requirements with our sales team.
Shipment & After‑sales
Q9: What is your typical order lead‑time?
A: Standard in‑stock SKUs take 7‑15 working days. Production lead‑time for custom or non‑standard parts will be confirmed after technical review.
Q10: What is your quality‑issue policy, and do you offer technical support?
A: All goods pass dimensional inspection pre‑shipment. For manufacturing‑related defects, please provide photo/video evidence within 15 days upon goods arrival, we will offer corresponding solutions. Damage caused by wrong selection, improper installation or operation is not covered. We provide free technical guidance for part selection, installation and daily torch maintenance via email or WhatsApp.
